How do I access online content, check the schedule, or network with other attendees?
The Bizzabo app is available for download on both Apple and Google stores. The Bizzabo app allows attendees to view the agenda, create their schedule, network with other attendees, and more. To access the Bizzabo app, log in with the email address connected to your Mainnet 2024 ticket or ticket number.
What does my registration include?
Mainnet 2024 passes grant access to Mainnet sessions and events, subject to capacity restrictions.
How can I confirm my registration?

How do I check in at Mainnet 2024?
When arriving at Pier 36, registration stands will be as soon as you walk through the entrance. There will be self-registration stations to streamline the process and registration staff to assist you.

No, passes are non-transferable once printed.
What if I'm unable to attend?
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations unless under extreme circumstances. You can access all virtual content through your ticket, or you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

How much does it cost to reprint a badge?
A US $150 non-refundable fee will be charged to replace a badge for any reason, including lost or stolen badges.
May I have access to the attendee list?
All registered attendees can browse and network with other attendees through the Bizzabo app. Due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our internal policy states that we will only share the information of those who have opted to share, and that information will only be shared with registered sponsors and media partners. Attendee lists will not be shared with the general public.
Do you offer group discounts?
Group discounts are available for any ticket price above $699:

How can I receive a visa to attend Mainnet 2024?
If you require a Visa invitation letter to attend Mainnet 2024, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your full name, passport number, issue date, expiry date, place of issuance, company name, and company address. Please note that we will only issue invitations to registered attendees. However, if your Visa is denied, you will receive a refund for your registration.
Am I allowed to bring in my food?
You cannot bring food into the venue, but do not worry; your pass includes complimentary food and drinks throughout the day.
Will there be parking available onsite?
No, there will not be any parking available onsite. There will be nearby street parking available. Several parking garages are nearby, including the Icon Parking on South Street.
What are my other transportation options?
The best way to get to Pier 36 would be to take a cab/Uber/Lyft to the location directly or take the subway. The closest subway station is East Broadway, at the intersection of Broadway and Essex Street/Rutgers Street. To reach this stop, take the F Line.
Will there be wifi at the event?
Yes! The login information can be found on signage throughout the venue.
What is the best airport to fly into?
Pier 36 (and Manhattan in general) is easy to get to from all local NY and NJ airports. LaGuardia, JFK, and Newark airports are less than an hour's train/cab ride away.

May I bring a weapon to the conference?
No. Mainnet is a private event and maintains a weapons-free policy. Attendees are prohibited from carrying weapons of any kind, including, without limitation, concealed or displayed firearms, and are not permitted to bring weapons onto the conference premises. Attendees’ bags will be searched before entering the venue, including employees, contractors, and/or representatives of (a) Mainnet; (b) the venue for the applicable event; and/or Messari clients or Mainnet sponsors. Messari reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without refund, deferral, or credit to the attendee, to deactivate and/or revoke the registration credentials of an attendee if the attendee violates this policy. Attendees must comply with this policy regardless of the terms of any signs posted on the premises or venue of any event.
Your name, address, phone number, and email address are stored in the bar code on your Conference badge. If you allow an exhibitor to scan your badge, you will be releasing your information to that exhibitor. You should consider your name badge barcode as an electronic business card, enabling you to quickly provide your information to an exhibitor if you choose to do so.
By registering for Mainnet 2024, you acknowledge and accept that photographs or videos taken of you by Messari or its service providers may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use in future Conference programs, other promotional material, and on messari.io and its service providers.
